Terms of Service

1. Definitions

In these terms of service: "AIGENT37" refers to the service provider offering the AI audit platform. "User" refers to the natural or legal person using the services of AIGENT37. "Platform" refers to the web application and associated services of AIGENT37. "Agent" refers to a specialized AI module within the platform.

2. Applicability

These terms of service apply to all agreements between AIGENT37 and the User.

By using the Platform, the User accepts these terms.

Deviations from these terms are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.

3. Services

AIGENT37 provides AI-powered audit services for websites and digital products.

The results of the audits are advisory in nature and do not replace professional judgment from certified experts.

AIGENT37 strives for 99.9% availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

4. User Obligations

The User is responsible for the correct use of the Platform.

The User may not use the Platform for illegal purposes or to infringe upon the rights of third parties.

The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the Platform and associated software belong to AIGENT37.

Reports generated by the Platform may be used by the User for internal purposes.

It is not permitted to copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the software or AI models of AIGENT37.

6. Liability

AIGENT37 accepts no liability for damages resulting from the use of audit results.

The total liability of AIGENT37 is limited to the amount the User has paid to AIGENT37 in the preceding 12 months.

AIGENT37 is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.

7. Privacy

AIGENT37 processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and the privacy policy.

The User warrants that any personal data processed through the Platform has been lawfully obtained.

8. Termination

Both parties may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days notice.

Upon termination, all User data will be deleted within 90 days, unless legally required otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
